Home brewed kombucha
Learn to make kombucha from start to finish in this 2 hour course. Each participant will bring a one gallon jar (preferably wide mouth) and I will share the essential SCOBY (Symbiotic Culture of Bacteria and Yeast) and fermented tea. You will leave equipped to start making your own kombucha at home.
Also included is a bottle (1 liter) of fruit and aromatic infused kombucha. A special kombucha cocktail will be served to sip while we learn!
